The order was shipped quickly and handled efficiently with great service and support 💯. The product is lovely and packaged beautifully. Problem 😵‍💫 it feels so good I used it like a lip balm BUT it burned my lips! I started using it just once a day and had no more problems. It's also so soft it breaks off if you aren't careful. But otherwise it is great.

The product arrived fast, I like the color and the idea but the color disappears fast. Was hoping it would stay on longer.

I purchased several of these and gave two away to family members (my mother & my adult daughter). I like the lipstick most of all as a moisturizer, because that's really the most benefit I get from it... and I can apply it without a mirror, whenever my lips feel dry, because there's no actual color being applied. The color aspect of it was kind of disappointing - it barely generates a pink shade, not much more visible than my bare lip color. But I can live with that. It was convenient to carry with me on my recent trip to Belgium and the Netherlands, when I only wore a small purse - I could whip it out on the train or while exploring, and instantly look slightly less "travel weary"! I'm afraid I can't recall exactly how long it took to receive my order, but I think it arrived pretty promptly.

I received two of your lipsticks. I had one on my cosmetic counter and one in my purse. I tried them for several days and was not happy with the results. The color barely changed and lasted only a couple of hours and needed to be reapplied. My lips felt dry even though you state.It should be moist. I experienced a slight burning to my lips and then some breaking out. I decided I should not be using this lipstick.Because of the above mentioned reasons. I contacted you about a refund as you have a ninety day guarantee of satisfaction. However, I was told because I had opened them and used them.The guarantee was void I understand that used product cannot be resold.However , it could be returned for disposal. I was informed that the guarantee did not apply to opened products. However, how are you supposed to know if a product will work for you without opening it?And trying it? I was offered a 30% refund, but not the full refund. After several corresponding emails , I decided to accept at least the thirty percent refund rather than nothing at all. I do believe you have a serious flaw with your guarantee and future buyer should be aware of it.

I purchased 2 and got 2 free (paid $57.98). Only one of the lip stain (called Signature Lipstick) arrived in tact. The other 3 were broken off at the base of the lipstick and the tips of these 3 were smashed. I tried calling the phone number supplied and left a message 2 days ago. No one has responded. I just tried again and the line just went dead after dialing. I've since seen other reviews where no one responds to any support or inquires.

I really like the soft pink on my lips. So far, a good experience. Guess I need to throw out all the other tubes of lipstick that haven't worked for me.
