The product really is amazing, my mood dramatically improved by the second day of taking it. The only negative experience has been with the shipping. It took so long that I thought I may have been scammed.

There are times I feel like this is making a real difference to my emotions and sleep but these benefits aren’t as continuous as I would like, keep in mind I haven’t yet finished a full bottle so I expect the effects to get better with more time

I was having trouble sleeping and couldn't turn my mind off so I was operating on half cylinders.As well as this I was having panic attacks due to stress and my Doctor couldn't offer a solution so just by chance I read about these capsules and the description of the problems that they were designed for fitted mine so I thought what do I have to lose.After taking them for a couple of weeks,and finding my sleep pattern improved,I found myself in another stressful situation but realised that I was managing it and staying calm.I can't reassure you that it will work for you but if you don't try you'll never know.

This is the first time trying this and I found it has made a big difference

Due to having a Cortisol issue( lows and highs) particularly at night I'm high, so sleeping can be a challenge. I purchased the Corti-help which I have discovered works better if I have 1 capsule around 12.30ish and 1 capsule before bed. I feel better and my sleep is better, but still waking multiple times a night.

My first order got lost in the mail, Vea was very helpful and organised for a replacement order. I have only just received it so can't really comment on how it is but must admit I am sleeping a little better which is why I ordered in the first place. Hoping to see much more improvements. I would recommend to give these a try.

The corti- help started working after about 2 days, i slept better, didnt feel hungry
