Early days yet but so far so good

I had been on antidepressants for 3 years for Chronic PTSD. I hated myself and my inability to even function without them. My anxiety was next level and was controlling my life. I decided to wean myself off the meds, which was not easy, some days were ok but my anxiety and depression were catching me out regularly. I heard about Corti-Health online and was open to trying anything. I am onto my 4th bottle and feel like l am reclaiming my life, l can travel in a car again without feeling sick, l can go to the shopping centre without feeling fear and l finally feel in control of my life for the first time in a very long while. I feel that Corti-Health has been the difference for me and l am so grateful to have found something that works for me.

Within a week of using Corti-Help my sleep has improved. I used to wake up 2 or 3 times in the night but now it is occasionally just once, with this getting less of an occurrence. I will be purchasing it again when my current supply runs out.
