I was very skeptical when I ordered this but out of desperation to get back to my normal sleeping patterns, I ordered it. After a week of taking these pills, I noticed I was genuinely getting tired at 9pm and sleeping through the night, no longer waking up at 3-4am in the morning and waking up feeling myself again and not a walking zoombie. I was ecstatic and praying that it was these tablets that are giving me back my sleep As a pharmacist, I knew that vitamins take time to work and wasn't really expecting results straight away. So I am blown away with this result. Prior to ordering, I had a conversation with a colleague at work who suffered from insomnia for most of her adult life, she also ordered some to try as well. So when I started sleeping better, I asked if it is working for her? She initially said 'NO', then a few days later told me that the tablets are working and she is actually sleeping better. I have just started my third bottle, and will continue as I have noticed a improvement in my sleep as my brain is not overthinking constantly.

I am on my 3rd bottle. I am 60 years old and was struggling to lose 2 kg to feel better and have my clothes fit better. I have lost a kilogram and I feel like my weight isn't just going to go up a kg on the scales for no reason at all. Which is what it was doing. It made me feel out of control in that way which I no longer feel. My belly is a little flatter and my face is definitely not puffy at times anymore. They do make me feel calmer in the evenings, and I'm sleeping better. I still take half a Restavit for sleep, I haven't been brave enough to stop that yet. But I am definitely sleeping deeper. I do still occasionally wake up "at 3 am" or so but it's easier to go back to sleep. Corti-help have really improved my life through menopause and all the stress and anxiety that brings. I didnt realise quite how much until I didnt have any for a few days. That was harsh!
