After trying so, so many things, including all the ingredients in the cortihelp supplement to help with my insomnia and feeling constantly bloated and lethargic, I was at my wits end. NOT A SCAM! When I put in my first order, it took a while to get to me & I read some bad reviews that said it was a scam. My tracking link wasn’t working so I contacted the company thinking I’d been duped. They responded quite promptly, assuring me they are legit & that it was just taking a bit to come from overseas. It finally arrived & I’ve been taking it for over a month now. I’ve noticed an improvement in mood & mental clarity. Beware of taking them too late in the afternoon as one night I was so wired, I couldn’t sleep (apparently that can happen for people sensitive to certain ingredients). At least it proved it worked it terms of helping you think clearer - I just couldn’t stop the clear thinking to actually get some sleep! ☺️

I am on my second bottle and just placed another order. I never want to run out. I feel a bit like my old self, definitely calmer and coping better with life. I was very overwhelmed previously. I take an extra ashwaganda supplement in the morning as well just to be sure but I’m definitely a fan of this combo, it’s helping me heaps.
