I dont know if you believe me or not, but my review below is not fake.
I am a south east asian woman, wearing hijab, and the pictures I got back were all disaster, they are nothing like me at all. My pictures look like I came from south asia or africa. Honestly just 1-2 that quite similar but the eyes are titling and the color was literally screaming "THIS PICTURE IS AI GENERATED."
at first I was happy that they provide hijab option, but now I am disappointed. I am a student looking for a job, and I thought I could save some money by not going to a professional studio using this website. But the results were so bad I could not use any of them. even the picture with my phone is better. Maybe next time enhance the database first for us, the minority group people, or just mention in the website that you cannot make good picture with minority group people.
I would be happy if we can resolve this matter, but unfortunately since you wrote on your website that there is no refund, then I just directly write my review here.

Not a fan - mostly unusable images
Not a fan. Wanted to use this for a LinkedIn profile photo. I uploaded a variety of angles (around 18 all approved) but same background. I was fine with the background remaining somewhat the same as I could always change it. Here are the issues that make it not that suitable for an AI LinkedIn business headshot:
1. The app may not be (yet from the results appears to be) blending uploaded photos with that of celebrities. For example, one photo it very much appeared as if they mixed my photo with Angelina Jolie (it basically looked just like her with a little bit of my features thrown in). Then there were some that appeared to be very obviously mixed with Cindy Crawford and Miranda Kerr. Obviously, those images are not usable. When I submitted photos of myself for and AI business headshot, I wanted to look like.... myself, not Angelina Jolie, Cindy Crawford, or Miranda Kerr. Photos were unusable.
2. The photos that didn't look obviously mixed with a celebrity's images completely changed my features. Yes, you could tell it was me but the features were distorted. For example a bizarrely small chin, bug eyes, and a overly wide forehead or the eyes spaced apart too far. I don't have a perfect face so I was not expecting perfect images. However, if you look at a normal photo of me and the Try It On AI version the features of my face are often in the images clearly distorted.
3. I have lips on the fuller side. For whatever reason, the AI seemed to translate that into making most photos where my lips look overfilled, fake and duck like.
4. Like I saw someone else mention, some of the photos I look like a senior citizen, I'm not.
5. I selected mostly business headshots. A couple options I selected were glamour but only selected the ones that looked like a studio headshot because I liked the lighting. The AI DID NOT put me in a blazer for most of them, and styled me to look extremely glamorous (hair blowing, fake looking model face, pouty lips, sultry expression, and soft clothing). Obviously, none of that is going to work for a professional LinkedIn profile business headshot.
6. A portion of the photos the head was partially cropped off, so they were unusable because it didn't even show eyes.
As a last ditch attempt to salvage my $21, I took the photos in the batch that looked the most like me (around only 10 or under), and went into the YouCam photo editing app, retouch section, and tried to manually adjust the features of the images to look more like me (shortening distance between the eyes, enlarging the chin, etc.) Unfortunately, the photos still look off, and I have ended up with 1-3 that I may use, but they look like AI produced them not like a real business headshot of a real person that is excellent quality. This was a miss. For $21 and the promise to provide 100 photos and waiting 90 minutes of my time to get the results, I expected way more than what I got. Unless you want to look like an unrealistic AI model / influencer who might also look oddly close to another celebrity, this is not the platform for you. I am going to be looking into other headshot generators. Some of the photos look good in terms of quality, but most of the 100 were not usable for the reasons mentioned.

The photos generated were high quality & the employees were amazing to work with.
The photos were surprisingly very well generated that actually looks similar to you but also enhanced. I paid for a few human edits and was lucky enough to work with Mark R on a couple of photo edit updates. He was extremely wonderful to work with, very quick with the edits and has great talent. He will be the reason I try the service again.

Wrong wrong wrong
Hair color, wrong. Eye color, wrong. Earrings in most pictures? I don't have my ears pierced. Never wore an earing in my life. These photos are horribley fake looking. Unless I'm applying to be a Disney Princess, these photos are useless. Do not waste your money.
Update: Today is February 1st, 10 months later, and Tryitonai just flagged my review as defamatory and attempted to have it removed. Trustpilot temporarily took the review down and reinstated it almost immediately, with an email stating they did not find it defamatory. It appears others that have left 1-star reviews have experienced something similar, as per updates in their posts similar to this. Tryitonai seems to be trying to discredit honest reviews. I wish they would work this hard to provide an honest service.

Hi Sara,
We've tried to contact you because we honestly cannot find your e-mail or your review! We've tried to request for information, but Trustpilot says
The reviewer didn’t respond to your request within the 3-day period.
What are we supposed to do here? I'd love to help you get better headshots with the new model, but I don't have any details on your, nor can I verify that you actually used our product and not someone else's.
I'm working so hard to provide an honest service, but I can't find your information anywhere.
It's led me to believe that our competitors have likely paid you to post this. What else can we do?

Might be worth it for some people for…
Might be worth it for some people for the novelty and to see what you look like with different hairstyles but I was hoping to generate a LinkedIn photo and it failed at that.
All my photos uploaded were approved and met the criteria but the eyes in almost every photo were so messed up and too many photos looked nothing like me.
Also don’t tell it your eye colour or hair colour I regret doing that because it made my hair fire engine bright red when it’s more auburn. It won’t let you go back to change hair colour either so you're stuck with whatever it decides is red. And it made my eyes glowing alien green very unnatural it also added 15 pounds to some photos and took 15 pounds off on others.
I ended up having one sort of usable photo that I had to pay another company to fix the eyes in it so not worth it for me.
