Important educational note for everyone reading to explain this review. Christine uploaded filtered photos: - Her eyes were of different colors. some blue, some black - Her face shape and lips was different due to the filters used. Some had high cheekbones, some had bigger lips and so on. - Different filters applied to photos means that neither AI nor a real person can tell what the person behind the filter looks like. This means that the result will be a mix of the close-ups provided with different rather than consistent face shape. Do not input filtered photos to train an AI. Ensure all close-ups are natural in order to get photos that actually look like you. We have offered Christine assistance multiple times, explaining that she could redo because she had enough credits. We even offered to do it manually for her and review the selfies for upload first. She sadly refused and treated our team with great disrespect. UPDATE: Artturi Jalli is a scammer, he reached out to me personally, asking me for $2,000 for him to make a video of our service. I politely declined, and he made this smear video in full spite. I would post screenshots of our conversation here, but Trustpilot doesn't allow image posts.

Hi Rocio, so sorry you had a bad experience! Just FYI - we do offer refunds! But we offer refunds when we know that the results were actually bad. Since you deleted all the images and your account altogether right after you downloaded the images, we can't tell whether the results were actually bad or if anything else is going on. As you can see from the other countless reviews, we do treat our customers well and work very hard to ensure they get a great set of pics 🙂 Please email us and we can try to resolve this. PS - "As the service provider, you should have the ability to view deleted content if needed." Of course not, or we would be violating our data privacy rights! PS2 - I've now sent you four emails and offerred to help here, but you refuse to be helped. What else can we (or anyone) do in this situation 😕 ? Please let us know as we'd love to resolve this amicably!

Update: Trustpilot reached out to the customer to get their email and real name. The customer refused to share their email. I hope our team noted that you had submitted blurry pics and 4 of them were repeating the same outfit. That sadly goes against the guidelines. For the wrinkles you can very easily remove them - click on "AI Edit" and then "Enhance" and it will fix any portrait up! Or click on "Upscale" under AI Edit if you don't want the polished skin look but still want the wrinkles removed.
