I havent received my product yet due to a mistake by royal mail, who refused to be responsible for their error I contacted the wonderful Rwanda at Hairos customer service and I couldn't be any more impressed by her efforts for me Even though the error was the cpiroers, Hairo have completely replaced and reposted the entire order at their own cost. If the product i receive is even half as impressive as Rwanda's service I'll be over the moon Thank you again Rwanda, for all your help

Can not fault this product. Easy to apply, looks good and long lasting. Compared to other brands of hair fibres Hairo knocks them out the park.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered a few products who's delivery was significantly delayed due to the courier rather than the vendor. Despite this, upon emailing, I received a prompt response from a lovely correspondent named Rwanda who sorted my issue and re-dispatched my order free-of-charge. I’ve been using this product for a while now, and I think it is a great product! Recently, I had an Order delivered to me and it was damaged through the mail. I reached out to HAIRO about this and was immediately contacted by a representative. Afterward, I was sent out a brand new shipment at no charge. Their quick response to this and their professionalism was impressive! I highly recommend this brand and its company! I am a Life Time customer!!

Rwanda was very helpful. Had an issue with my order that was not Hairo’s fault. I received no pushback and got another order for free, even though they didn’t have to. The product is awesome and you now have a forever customer. Thank you again for being so helpful

So I've previously ordered this product by far beats anything similar available I've tried dozens over the years, I've had a hair transplant and in some areas it's thinner than others, this product is perfect for me, better than any messy keratin fibres or root sprays by a mile. Also I had recently ordered and the courier wrongly delivered to a different address, this wasn't Hairo's fault it was Royal mails, I spoke via email to Hairo and they shipped me the same order as a way of apology even though it wasn't their fault. Amazing product amazing service. Thank you 💪👍💯
