I recently placed an order after debating for a while, as I’d been using spray-on hair fibres for my slightly thinning hair. While the spray worked, it often ended up on my forehead and wasn’t the most practical to carry around. Your product has honestly changed my life. I am so glad I made the switch! It’s incredibly easy to use, far more accurate, and so much more convenient—no more worrying about a spray can leaking in my wash bag. The colour match is perfect, and the overall finish is miles better than anything I’ve tried before. Thank you so much for creating something that genuinely boosts my confidence. I’m tempted to order 100 just in case you ever run out of stock!

After considerable pressure from Wifey I agreed to try Hairo on my fly away, baby hair which I have had all my life but was now thinning as well. I was sceptical because in the 1980s I lived in a shared flat where one of the guys used a powder spray to cover his baldness which left the bathroom coated in a fine, brown dust and his forehead would get brown streaks down it if he sweated or it rained. Anyway we ordered the light brown and it arrived after quite some delay (a few weeks) from China, even though the return address is in the UK. As soon as we tried it we realised it was too light but it did cover well and easily and once fixed with a light spray of hairspray was fixed in place until I washed my hair in the shower. My other concern was the oversize packaging. The quantity of powder in the tub is correct but the tub is quite big for what it contains despite it also containing the application sponge. My wife assures me it is to give an impression of being substantial and making it easy to handle. I contacted Hairo and received a very prompt response from "Rwanda" who was very understanding and agreed that the colour swatches can be a bit off. He asked for some pictures ehich I sent him and we agreed that he would send the medium brown version instead. This arrived within days and matched perfectly. I have used it once for a significant event and no one commented which I took as a positive. I won't use it on a daily basis but when going out out! I think I will also avoid getting it too wet but beyond that it's "fire and forget". My highest praise is for Rwanda's customer service. Truly exemplary and I would be proud to have them on my team.

I Was extremely skeptical especially since it was an instagram ad. But after doing some serious digging I thought the company looked legit enough. I took the risk and bought a tub. It works tremendously well. As long as you have some hair it does the job. I appreciate you Hairo. I will eventually buy more . Thanks

I don’t write reviews ever. But this has changed my life, no exaggeration. I’ve had a very thin hairs at the front of my head for many years which was incredibly difficult to cover (and even worse with sun, rain or wind) which had made me very insecure. I’m able to now cover this without any issue and it looks like I’ve always had hair in that area - unbelievable. If you haven’t tried it I would say give it a go but for me it’s the best purchase I’ve possibly ever made. Hairo I request you to keep expanding your brand, your products are genuinely the best and affordable. Much appreciated.
