Bottle showed up cracked and the Base had a crack in it i believe it happened during delivery had to do a clam and send it back still waiting for a email of the new bottle being resent to me other than that it looks like we'll built bottle

I ordered the bottle and it finally arrived, but the electrolytes ordered the same time didn't arrived and I've emailed twice along with review.

I like the product but customer service is lacking. I ordered a replacement charger and it was not shipped until 6 days after I preferred it. I own a business myself. We make sure we ship orders within a day or two. In the meanwhile, I am unable to use my Evolve.

I ordered 2 bottles, one to use at work and one at home. Easy to use and perform as advertised. I have only been using for 3 days now and it appears that I am sleeping more soundly. I increased the intensity of my workouts and am hopeful that the hydrogen water will help with post exercise soreness and recovery! Compared to another hydrogen bottle an acquaintance uses, the Evolv bottles are much better built!

I purchased one of these H2O bottles. Was happy at first, actually for the first 12 months, but in the last 2 weeks it slowed down and didn't make nearly the bubbles it did when new and it started leaking at the seam where the aluminum piece with the logo on it and the glass meet. I called to see what they could do since it has a 13 month warranty, emailed the company 2 weeks ago and still no reply. Won't purchase from again their customer service is the worst, figured they wouldn't email me back since the warranty runs out in another 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and do more research and buy a H2O machine that's all glass and only costs $70 there is one out there that I described which is what I will buy next, and by the way I'm 62 yo and I felt no different after 12 months.
