The shape shirts do not fit according standards and when trying to return, they continue to negotiate a percentage refund to keep the product. When telling them it doesn't fit, they suggest giving it to someone who can fit into it. After several back-and-forths, they agreed to refund fully but we had to continue back-and-forth with pictures of the products, then receipts, then proof of return. Still after a month and a half, I haven't received a refund. In fact, I've not received any correspondence from them.

This product promised a LOT of "noticeable" changes on my body that have yet to come to fruition! For spending over $200, I would think the leap of faith i took might have SOME TRUTH, but unfortunately not in this case. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in my purchase. I think the bottle construction is VERY POOR! The 3 piece design is not very structurally sound, and it doesn't feel like it's going to last very long. I'm not impressed 😕
