I really was doubtful. I purchased for both me and my husband and stressed to him to keep the box because we could send them back. However my energy is up and my mind seems clearer and the only change I have made is using this bottle 3 times a day.

Brilliant! I had difficulty in switching it on, but customer service was brilliant.. I am trusting that it will do wonders for my health.

Horrible customer service. Absolute nightmare. If you order online and change your payment method, double-check your cart—because this company will quietly change it for you. When I updated my payment, the sizes in my cart automatically reverted to small, even though I changed nothing. I contacted Evolv immediately through their website and by email. No response. Then I received a shipping confirmation. Of course, the wrong sizes shipped. I reached out three more times before finally getting a response—and when I did, it didn’t address the issue at all. After several more attempts, they asked me to send pictures before they’d “let me know” how to return the items. I had to send the pictures three separate times before anyone replied again. This company is a scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card, and they lied in their response so they could get paid. I reopened the dispute and will fight it so Evolv gets none of my money. I will return the items because I can’t wear them, but I will not pay for return shipping when they ignored me at every step. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Completely incompetent and dishonest. I will be leaving negative reviews everywhere I can to warn others about this scam of a business.

The water bottle started leaking after one week of use. I reached out to customer service via email and never heard back from them. I can attach a recording of the water bottle leaking in real time if trust pilot allows. A misleading and terrible product. Don't waste your money.

I wanted to try this product because of having severe hydration at night. I am pleased with the results that I see and anticipate even better results ahead..

The molecular water works. I had bad carpal tunnel pain and nothing helped. I read a review about how someone else got relief from pain so I sent for it. It has helped so much. I started with 3X a day and now only drink it 1X a day. The customer support is fantastic too. They will answer all of your questions.

Works well Right size for me. Made well. Looking forward to next labs to know if it is improving my health.
