Great customer service

Fast and curious service, very much appreciated from this newbie.

I called and spoke to Ann, a real person, not Ai! She was so helpful. I was wondering if I would be receiving my meds by the day I would need to take it as I'm already on Zepbound, but changing to Eden compound tirzepitide for financial reasons. She took time to look everything up and told me there was a tracking number and it was waiting to be picked up by FedEx. She sent a link to my email and I was able to track it and received it today as tracking said I would. I'm very happy with this company so far and Ann was so knowledgeable and kind.

Gilbert was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease and no hesitation! He has a wonderful phone matter and I was able to understand his every word! It was a pleasure to work with a very sweet man that was sympathetic to my needs!

I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Lupe from Eden’s Member Care team! What started as an incredibly stressful situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, all because of her. I was unexpectedly charged $249 twice, and at the time, I simply was not in the financial position to afford those charges. I reached out feeling frustrated and overwhelmed, but Lupe completely turned my experience around. She was incredibly patient, compassionate, understanding, and, most importantly, solution-oriented. She actually listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to find a way to help me. Not only did she secure a $150 credit toward my next month, but she also helped me transition to a new monthly rate of $99 moving forward! What truly stood out to me was that she didn’t make me feel like just another customer or another number. She made me feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for. Lupe is quite literally the reason I decided to continue my journey with Eden. I was fully prepared to walk away, but her willingness to advocate for me and find a solution completely changed that. Eden, please recognize the incredible employee you have in Lupe! Employees like her are the reason customers remain loyal to a company. She deserves every bit of recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you again, Lupe! You truly made a difference, and I appreciate you more than you know! ❤️
