Next level bad
Customer service is next level bad. This company charged me for orders that should have been canceled. Unable to contact a doctor with questions. I even suspect the medications they sent me were fake as they gave no benefit or expected withdrawals after quitting cold turkey. But how would I know if I can’t talk to a doctor. Don’t walk. Run from this compan

Scummy business practices, non-existent customer service
Awful customer service. I made a small mistake in proceeding through check-in, and even though it says at the end "You will be charged $0 today," I was charged $296.00 within 20 minutes. I hopped on the customer service chat, and was told my issue would be "escalated to get resolved." I waited for 20 minutes and had NO further response. I then received an email stating the company no longer offers cancellations or refunds. That is an INSANE policy and should have been stated at sign-up for transparency. I had to dispute the transaction through my bank as they outright refused a refund, and then had zero response or follow-up from customer service. None of this is acceptable for a business promoting health and wellbeing. I would be ashamed if I owned this money-hungry, greedy company. Update: They issued me a refund... With $100 missing. This company is NOT competent enough to be running a medication and healthcare related business. Shame on you.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Placed an order to be sent to an address where I was staying for 2 weeks with very specific instructions. They delayed placing the order then shipped it USPS which takes several days. Will not be at shipping address for 5 months. They are refusing refund.

DANGEROUS
Given that this is a health/wellness provider proscribing very serious medications I was shook by the lack of service I received. It has taken over a week for customer service to respond to my messages, I sought help several time and received no responses. When someone did respond they gave me completely incorrect information. This site is DANGEROUS and should be shut down and charged with negligence immediately. Companies should not be able to play with people’s wellbeing.

Buyer Beware - Untrustworthy Business Practices
Trying to cancel my order and subscription. Used the messenger to submit a cancelation for my order prior to the product being shipped. Was told that my order was cancelled, only to later receive and email that said they would cancel my order and not give me a refund. They provided no confirmation of my cancellation other the email letting me know I would not receive my order. I also had to cancel the subscription because after a view days I went back into the portal and my order was still in "Active" status, with a date for when they would next charge me. I submitted that request more cautious of their evasive and untrustworthy process and practices and noticed that they sent me a message asking to provide information, but did not tell me what information I need to provide. I can't take medication from a company that operates like this. I would not recommend this company. You will get a prescription and they just want your money, and will make it difficult for you to cancel doing business with them. Buyer Beware

So far, they’ve been horrible. I ordered my medication and was approved same day at 12pm on November 15th. It’s been over 15 days, and still my medication is “pending at the pharmacy.” Beyond that, nobody has been any help thus far, and my only option is to talk to a Chatbot. Additionally, not only is shipping going to take another 5 days, they want me to PAY for my second month AND have a checkup for a medication that I haven’t even started. I’d honestly go with someone else if this is how it’s handled. Was hoping to start before the holiday, but that won’t be a reality now.

The chat response is abysmal. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and continue to reach out via chat with no replies. I saw my order was finally shipped, then the shipment was canceled. Don't expect support after they take your money quickly.
