A few months ago, I stopped buying from TryEden because I bought zepbound (the one I was using for months) and they prescribed me Ozempic. Today, when I decided to come back and give them another chance I bought zepbound 5 mg and they prescribed me 10 mg, if I didn’t notice it could send me to the hospital because they are giving me such a high dosage. How a doctor could messed up the orders like this?. Be careful with TryEden, I think they are playing with our health prescribing wrong meds or wrong dosages.

Tried to order their semigultide gummies. After two weeks with no updates and multiple calls and emails to them, I asked them to cancel the order. Terrible experience.

Awful. When you check in for your next dose it takes almost 2 weeks to get it!

UPDATE AGAIN: Eden still has not fixed the liability on my Klarna account which shows up as a loan for an order that never happened. They have now BLOCKED MY NUMBER and refuse to take my calls or speak to me. UPDATE: Eden says they refunded my money, but there is still a charge for $506 out of my checking account for which Eden claims they have no record. Worst customer service EVER. No one there cares about these mistakes, they won't own it. Promised callbacks and no follow up in any way. I have never been treated so badly by any company. What a nightmare. I have been charged three times and still don't have any meds. I have phoned them three times a day for over a week now and no one has been able to resolve my issue. Lots of very nice people who "don't have the ability to help" so they pass me to someone else who "sends a message" to the "tech team" who is unresposive. Finally got a supervisor who was horrified and promised to fix it and told me she'd call me back. She didn't. Rinse lather repeat. Got another supervisor who placed another order for me...but the first order still shows up as a liability on my credit card. They took more cash out of my bank account for the new order. They tell me it will be refunded. It hasn't. They took another $509 from me trying to send me a single dose to get me through until the "tech team" fixed the original problem. Those meds never came and I amount ANOTHER $506. They were legit the first three months, but now I am wondering if it's an elaborate criminal scam. Dear Eden. Maybe try calling me back before I call the authorities. Now I have run out of my medication and I am having side effects. They have about $2500 of mine and there is no end in sight.

I ordered B12 one day and cancelled my order the next day. They still charged me almost one week after. I tried to get my refund (found it way less expensive somewhere else.) I received the product and willing to send it back to no avail. Beware buyer of this fraudulent company.

I'm not sure what's going on with the company, but when I first began my weight loss journey with them, they were great. About 5 months in, mishaps began to surface: late shipment, inconsistent follow up, shorted my prescription medication and had to jump through hoops to "prove" I was shorted and taking the medicine correctly (I'd been on it for 6-7 months without good success). Most recently, customer service is non-existent. I've tried calling and sending messages through the member support portal - nothing. I'm considering switching to IVIM or another provider who offers the same priced meds.

Not truthful or transparent about services

Worst service ever. The doctor was terrible, the customer service were terrible and they are incompetent. Didn't prescribe what I asked for. Constantly made errors. Couldn't manage the account deletion. AWFUL. Stay away.
