So the 5 stars are ONLY for the customer service rep who actually called me, who was LUPE. She was terrific. But your online portal is the WORST for customer service I have ever experienced. Your chat feature is even more terrible. Eden needs to figure it, out as you will lose customers if you do not find a way to improve the customer experience. And in my opinion, as someone who has worked in sales for over 30 years, since you cannot figure out the chat feature, remove it. It is literally the worst chat ever. No one ever responds, ever, and several days later I get an "apology" email about the lack of communication every time. Ridiculously bad customer service on your poral and chat. The A.I. feature on the chat is the only one that responds, but is useless. But LUPE was great.

There was a glitch in the system which resulted in a lapse in my prescription renew. The representative I spoke with was great and stayed on the phone with me to re-order. Great experience !

Nathalie did a wonderful job with assistance. I could not say that for any other Eden associate or the AI platform using Eden for way over a year! Maybe you should use her as a role model for quality customer service! Thank you Nathalie and keep up the GOOD WORK!!

Every staff member Excellent customer service! The staff members at Eden are incredibly empathetic. They took the time to understand my problem and put real effort into finding a solution for me. Highly recommend this team. Thank you so much.

Great communication

Have had an amazing experience with this company and my weight loss journey.the products are high quality and ship fast. Unfortunately I have some financial things I need to handle. But thank you to XYRYL for being very helpful and understanding of the situation I have going on.. will definitely be back as soon as I can to continue my journey of weight loss and self care ..Thank you
