Absolute Nightmare
In 41 years, I’ve never had to file a fraudulent charge claim—until now. This company is complete NIGHTMARE. I paid for 3 months upfront after being guaranteed it would ship all at once. I even asked for confirmation, and the rep said YES (I have screenshots). Less than 24 hours later? An email saying the pharmacy can’t fill the order. From there, it’s been a masterclass in lies and gaslighting. Customer service—clearly following orders from the top—will promise you a refund. It’s a lie. They’ll keep saying it’s “on the way.” It’s not. They also claimed their pharmacist “can’t see past prescriptions,” which is completely insane. Even worse, the pharmacists don’t respond to messages at all. I’ve used countless online prescription providers—Winona, Musely, you name it—and never had this kind of shady, incompetent, borderline-criminal experience. Also, when they do ship it'll be the wrong RX and warmer than a microwaved potato. Just use any other provider, no reason to risk it with Eden.
