Cate created the absolute best customer service situation I have ever encountered. To make a VERY long story short, the pharmacy has shipped over and over to an incorrect address causing my account to be charged and my medication to not arrive. Cate has been so calm and patient through the entire process and continued to try to reship to me. At this point she has made sure that my account was refunded and attempted yet again (third time) to get my medication sent. I am not sure yet if it will arrive, but at this point I am super calm about it because I know she will take care of it if it doesn’t. HANDS DOWN the best customer service ever. Kudos to Eden for the excellent hire choice.
