Great Provider
Since May 2024, TryEden has been my provider for Tirzepetide. I have lost 20 lbs since then, and my inflammation and blood sugar levels have improved. I feel like myself again. They deliver my vial overnight, and their customer service has been very helpful in ensuring I receive my vials on time. The packaging is secure, coming in a padded foiled envelope with 4 ice packs covering the plastic bottle that secures the vial inside. Communication with them has been very smooth. I’m concerned that TryEden will stop providing compounding drugs when vials become available again from larger companies. I hope not, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has greatly benefited from TryEden's help in providing Tirzepetide.

My last experience with Eden was not a good one but your customer service representative saved you a customer!! Mahala Is her name and if it wasn’t for her consistency and honesty to me the paying customer you would have lost me and the 7 people I brought with me as customers!!! Her due diligence was admirable!! I’ve been tossed from one representative to the next with nobody fixing the problem and she jump right in and hit the ground running! I hope you know what kind of employee you have with Mahala!!!

Thankful I found Eden!
I am so happy that I decided to try Eden! I was previously working with another provider that doubled my cost when my dosage went up. Eden does not do that and I am having great results with their product! Recently the delivery company had a problem getting my refill to me and I was very concerned by the delay. Eden support was able to calm my fears and made everything right for me. It is such a relief to know I am working with a provider who is there for me when I need them! If you are thinking about starting tirzepatide, I highly recommend you try Eden!!
