There are better companies out there to partner with

I’m already a week into my experience with Eden and while the Dr. reviewed and approved my order a week ago (and the $ has been taken from my account) I have heard NOTHING since the day after the Dr. approved the order only to say “they were still working on it”. I went to this company with little research on the competition because my Dr. recommended it. At this point I would like to cancel the order which I am actually on the phone to do so but have been placed on hold where I have been for the past 45 minutes. This is NOT the company I want to partner with during the course of my weight loss over the next 2 months. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND. The fact is; there are better companies out there. Use a company where you’ll get decent customer service.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They charged my card & never mailed the shipment. Basically, I contacted ‘Nick’ after their AI system couldn’t answer my questions. The provider sent my prescription to the pharmacy & he told me that it would be shipped out the next week. After that, he would pause my shipments. I get an email from ‘Takia’ today & she said they can’t ship my prescription & that since it was paused they’re not going to anyway. This company CHARGED me for a shipment they didn’t provide. I tried to reach them by the phone number & no one answers today, and it’s very difficult to get online answers. This is a scam, AVOID.

Bad experience with this company
I initially received my first prescription easily, but they never shipped the following months or followed up with me after trying to contact Customer Service multiple times. Really bad experience with this company - it’s as though they want the initial sign-up ($) and then you’re stuck with no support and no more product. Beware of signing up with them - there are multiple similar experiences you can find online.

Prepaid for a 6 month plan
Prepaid for a 6 month plan. Canceled after one month. Can’t get my money back. After waiting on chat for over 2 hours, and calling multiple times, I can’t get anyone to answer me about initiating a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Now I’m out over $1k with no product to show for it.

Disappointed
My second month prescription has now taken 2+ weeks since the rx was written and hasn’t been even shipped. I can’t be on a consistent weight loss plan/medication if it takes weeks to get my meds after I need them.

FRAUD COMPANY AND THIEVES
Be careful dealing with this company. They are thieves and scammers. They charged again for my subscription without my permission, even though I had already canceled 1 month ago. And they said it hasn't been canceled even though I haven't been able to log in for 1 month. They are all liars, and even if the product is not good or right, I canceled it. Now they are getting back and forth, saying I'm not canceling, and I have an approved email, but I already canceled. Be careful when putting your card on their website. They use your card without your permission!!!!

I paid 196 the first month lost no weight stayed positive for the second month they took my payment of 300 and never sent my prescription it’s two weeks with no medication be for real what a scam no one has gotten back to me I would never recommend this place now I feel like any thing I get is going tobe false this is supposed tobe a weight loss program how can someone go with out a medication for two weeks
