Support Person Was Not Only Helpful but Genuinely Seemed to Care!
Very helpful response from a kind support person. Kevin was great! He addressed the issue I inquired about after 4 or 5 unsuccessful attempts with others to remedy the issue. I also appreciate that he followed up with me. I wish I had connected with him sooner.
