Call in customer service with Ricky was GREAT
Ricky was so fantastic and very helpful! I was getting awful customer service from the Eden website support chat. I won’t go into details but it was horrible. I was so frustrated and about to cut ties with Eden all together when I decided to call for support. Ricky listened to my issue, was able to quickly identify the cause. He offered to escalate the issue and call me back. Which he DID! Ricky was able to sort everything out for me so quickly after over a week of frustration with the Eden chat. If you have issues with Eden, skip the chat support, they are useless. Call in and get help that way! Ricky, thank you!

Flawless Customer Service
Brent was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and kind when answering all of my questions. He helped me navigate the Eden website and explained the whole process perfectly. I would recommend Eden 100 times to anyone looking to start their weight loss journey.

Great customer service after initial questionnaire issues
After an issue with my questionnaire missing some information, Kevin reached out via phone and email within a day to help resolve the issue. He provided detail about what was wrong and how to fix it, as well as offering to reach out again via phone. I ended up working with an online agent via chat and resolved the issue (needed to cancel, then resubmit) and Kevin was also quick to follow up and make sure it wasn't an error and give me more information on the timing of resubmitting. Really appreciated the incredible customer service!

Customer Service Is So Important
My customer service agent Ricky S was great! I was able to get an answer after serveral phone calls that I had made to Eden customer service. He really went above and beyond.

I have been with Eden for 3 months now
I have been with Eden for 3 months now, medication arrives very quickly, always well insulated. I have lost 36 lb so far. Today I had billing questions and was helped by Ricky. He resolved my issue very quickly and beyond my expectations. I'm very satisfied with Eden and their support.
