I’ve been working with Eden for about 3 months now, and I’ve had a few questions that needed me to call and chat with a representative. The most recent one was with Samantha. My situation needed some coordination between Eden and the pharmacy they were working with for my prescriptions. In less than 24 hours, everything was sorted out, and my medication was on its way to my home so I wouldn’t miss a dose. All my interactions with Eden have been great. It’s so much better to be able to speak to a real person instead of just getting a chat or an email. And the best part is how quickly my issue was resolved. Samantha was super patient and helpful, and she followed up with me at every step of the way. She clearly had genuine concern for my situation. Thanks, Samantha and Eden, for being so great! Excellent customer service should be the norm, but it’s not always. The Eden staff is top-notch!
