I had a very frustrating experience with Eden's customer service at first, but ultimately they profusely apologized for their mistake, gave me a refund, and resolved it very well. They are an honorable company and I feel deserve 5 stars even though there were hiccups. To try and long story short it: Paid a large sum up front for 6 months of Semiglutide. I needed a dose sent early the second month because I was going out of town, and had a very frustrating experience trying to get them to do this simple task for me. After hours and half a dozen calls, they sent it early but it still didn't get there in time, even though they told me it was guaranteed. So that was a doozy. Then a few weeks later, in between scheduled doses, I get another shipment- and see I'm charged for it on top of the large amount I've already paid. I reached out about this, and thankfully this time I was connected to Cate, who recognized how infuriated I was and did everything to make it right. She refunded the order, gave me a discount for future ones, and just took care of everything. Cates excellence is the reason for the 5 stars, ultimately it worked out. And my weight loss journey is going great with Oral Semiglutide.
