Lupe was very quick and efficient. Clearly laid out all of my options and made it easy for me to choose which direction I wanted to go. I felt like I was given all of the information to make an informed decision. When I replied to their first email I received a response right away. Excellent customer service all around. I felt like I wasn’t being rushed and could ask any questions I made have had.

Patrick was very helpful with my request. He was able to pause the order after it went yo the pharmacy. Although that AI tool of yours needs a shake or some kind of a boost or a kick. As that tool is hard headed and does not understand the request that is made to it. At that point the tool should get a human instead of trying to close the chat.

Firstly the products are top of the line, mixed well, packaged well along with all the supplies, everything is there and you don’t run out, the pharmacy ships out with no delays and the customer service is excellent. Ashlee assisted me with my technical issues, any questions I needed answered and did so in a fast, friendly and effective manner. She was amazing (seriously she knows her stuff and Id recommend promoting her). The semaglutide is on point and I’ve already lost over 20 lbs and it’s still going. The NAD+ is a miracle, my skin and joints have been getting better and better, clean shaven I look at least ten years younger. I also love the patient portal it gives you all the dates to look forward to, all the steps, instructions etc. lots of options to choose from depending on what you’re looking for. You don’t have to accept aging. I know I didn’t and I’m feeling like I’m reborn. Good stuff!
