I was calling to cancel my subscription and request a refund after two weeks of attempting to get my order. I spoke to Cate who changed my mind about canceling, and went so above and beyond that i got my order overnighted and delivered on a Saturday morning. She even followed up Monday to make sure I got everything. Best customer service I’ve experienced in years.

I have been working with Eden since December of 2024. I have Lupus, and the inflammation makes my weight loss a bit slower, but with Semaglutide I have lost 35 lbs. since starting. My experience with Eden has been great. The doctor takes the time and care to ask me questions about my experience to ensure that the medication is still right for me and addresses any side effects I may be having. My RX is refilled quickly and arrives in just a few days packed in cold packs to ensure safety of the medication. The cost of Eden is about the same as many other companies, but also much cheaper than many companies. They also offer several different subscription plans, and a couple payment options that other places do not offer. I highly recommend Eden if you are looking to try a GLP-1 medication.

Online information and orders are timely and efficient. My first month has gone well with only a lower appetite and no other side effects. I hope now in my upcoming second month I find the weight loss begin to show.
