I've lost 25 lbs in just under 3 months with seamglutide from Eden. The support team is amazing and always quick to respond when I have questions.

I had a really bad customer service experience with ANOTHER COMPANY so was so weary going into things with EDEN. But ... the price and process have been easy, affordable and most important to me transparent. I had many questions and Kelsey R. with customer service support not only answered every concern but was extremely Kind, Knowledable and made me feel seen and heard! I asked the same questions over and over to make sure I got the same answer because of my previous experience with another company. Kelsey R. handled me and my questions with dignity and never once made me feel like they werent valid ... like I wasn't valid. I will absolutely recommend this company!

Tomeka G worked on my case no less than twice in a week when I.T. Failed to respond to her first request and she had to come up with a work-around as I was sick and tired of trying to get my medication for weeks. I flat out told her I was more than ready to give up on Eden and go with another company. You would have lost a customer who intended to remain long-term had it not been for her.

I've never felt judged in the Circle app, only lifted up. Whether you're on your first week or month five, everyone is rooting for you.
