Initially I had contacted customer support as i had been unable to identify why my prescription was not being fulfilled. After numerous frustrating and pointless attempts to use the automated system, I used the contact phone number. Although it took two days and a long wait on hold (the call back system failed) I was able to speak with Customer service representative Tomeka Monea Gonzalez. Tomeka was amazing. She explained what had happened to my prescription, facilitated restarting my delivery and insured my account would be put in good working order. Without her diligence, clear understanding and effective resolution of my problem I would have been cancelling my participation in the Tryeden program. I have waited until my latest prescription arrived to do this review as I needed to see that the changes promised were delivered. They were and due completely to Tomeka. Your company has a real business treasure in her, I hope you recognize it.

I decided not to try Eden but when I called to cancel my order the lady that I talked to was extremely nice and we actually talked to each other about how we both have had struggles at our journey to lose weight. No problems in canceling
