Third Time’s the Charm? Apparently Not.

Susie, I did send information to your email a week ago and I never received a response back. I will resend, but this is getting old on always getting my injections late. Friday will be two weeks from my last injections and I haven't received any responses except reps apologizing and giving me empty promises, yet I still dont' have my injections. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is now my third time doing so—and unfortunately, nothing has improved. I was told over a week ago that a representative would look into my order. Seven days later, I’ve received no follow-up, no resolution, and no accountability. Just the same recycled message: “We’re actively working on it,” “We’re in close contact with the pharmacy,” “Your order is a priority.” If that were true, I wouldn’t still be waiting in silence. This experience has been exhausting. The lack of transparency, the absence of real action, and the failure to follow through are unacceptable. I’ve asked for a credit to reflect the inconvenience, but even that request has gone ignored. If you’re considering using this service, think twice. I’ve given them multiple chances, and each time has been a letdown.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
This company is truly a scam and they steal your money. I have been charged over $600 over the last 2 months and yet have gotten any medication. They “say” they will fix it FOUR different times now and nothing comes of it. I have cancelled my membership, taken my card info off and they STILL charged my card. I will be getting my lawyer involved now because they are literally stealing peoples money. It’s disgusting and so wrong what this company does. DO NOT USE

This is my second review
This is my second review. Been way over a month and still no medication. I I have tried to call the number for customer service, and stay on hold for over an hour. I never get anyone. I do the online chat thing and get no help. I have basically been robbed. I have asked for a refund online and nothing. This is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. I guess I am just going to be a victim of another online scam. Do not use this company.

Run away. Awful experience
I signed up for a quarterly plan that consists in 5 refills of Sermorelin. By my last one of 5 paid refills,they did not shipped because I’ve made it clear that I would not want to pay for any other refills, only the ones that I’ve already paid. By the end the support told me that they would not send it , unless I paid for another quarterly plan.

inconsistent
I am so confused. A year ago when I began treatment, Eden was responsive and efficient. Now, I've been waiting 15 business days for a shipment (though the charge went through no problem) and the lack of response via chat, email and phone (it's been over a week I've been trying to make contact) is now making me contact my bank and declare fraud. Thought I had found a good company finally but I guess not. Update as of 8/30: email provided via this review response is nonresponsive as well and product has still not shipped

Zero customer service
Zero customer service, no one responds in the chat portal once they take your payment. Have yet to receive my second shipment after paying a year in advance and cannot get any sort of definitive help or timeline. Extremely disappointed.

Not a good company
The “doctors” prescribe and then tell you see if other doctors if you have issues. Also be ware that you don’t know exactly when they ship it. So if you happen to be gone the day it arrives you have to scramble to find someone to pick up. I never got a tracking code or anything. Just showed up and I was out of town and it said it was delivered. I knew I was going to be gone and tried to contact customer service prior to prevent that but the responses didn’t make sense to my concern. The customer service is very poor.
