This company is on the ball
This company is on the ball. I called on a day that is not normal business hours. Someone got right back with me within 5 minutes. I had made an order that was not my original plan, i had messed up and didn’t even know it. The person assisting me named Xyryl pointed out i had ordered something different and had paid also already. It had already been sent to pharmacy. She went out of her way to contact pharmacy and cancel my order and then order my correct medication. All while being so kind and polite. I have not had any problems with TryEden! I’m so glad i chose this company for my weight loss journey.
