Great option for changing body composition

I've currently lost 22 pounds in 4 months. My appetite is very controlled and in fact have to be more aware of eating to make sure I am consuming enough calories for my daily activities. Customer service is great when calling during their available hours, and the doctors are attentive when asking questions. The two experiences that led me to a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating is somehow the tracking is messed up in them system where I'm being asked to check-in for my next dose but I havent even started the current dose, and when checking in its tedious to retype all the medical information and supplements one is taking, rather than it being stored and having the patient make adjustments if there are changes. Otherwise I will continue with Eden until I reach my goals, and trust the quality of the compound, the customer service, and the assigned doctors.

Brent helped me with a problem
Brent did a great job helping me with a problem I had with shipping. I still have not received my second shipment from 8/6 but he helped me get my third medication delivery on 8/24. Brent did not give up when we had an issue with the Pharmacy. He also kept me informed on our progress. Tirzepatide is helping me lose weight and reduce my risk of a heart attack. I appreciate Brent's professionalism through this issue. Brent is clearly outstanding at his job.

Good with much room to improve
This has been one of the worst customer experiences until Katie got involved. Much work needs to be done with the communication between Eden and the pharmacy which is not her fault. I would rate the pharmacy zero which makes this process of getting timely shipments nearly impossible if you need to adjust shipping dates due to travel.

My Journey
The company has been great and have filled my prescription in a timely manner. They have answered my questions that I've had. I wish they were a little bit more competitive with the pricing though. Other than that they are awesome.

Overall a good experience.
My weight loss has been disappointing, but that is the only issue. Probably user issues. Your delivery and response has been excellent.

Slow startup, but working great now
I had a few mixups initially due to confusion of approval by the doctor and then subsequent shipment of my GLP1 medication. It took several weeks to get this straightened out. Now everything is like clockwork. They send me a questionnaire every month, The doctor reviews and approves the order, then the pharmacy fills the order. I then receive the medication within a few days.
