We do not use semaglutide salts or any non-therapeutic substitutes — only semaglutide base, the same ingredient found in Ozempic and Wegovy. I can understand how upsetting it must be to have a delay and confusion around your refill and dosing, especially after doing so well with your first month. I did look into this, and it appears your order was impacted by a temporary supply issue that led to a new concentration and bottle size being used by the pharmacy. I completely understand how that would be concerning, especially when the label appears unchanged — and I’ve escalated this to our pharmacy operations team to confirm full details for you.
