It works, just a few small annoyances!!
I will go into as much detail as possible here and go over each of the different experiences I had with Eden. Customer service - customer service was ok. They were prompt in answering, but any time I had an issue, each reply that I got back was from a different agent so I felt as thought I had to explain the issues over and over and over again, then they would continue telling me the same answer when I had already discussed it previously with someone else. This was VERY frustrating at times and sometimes delayed the medication - only once or twice though! Medication - the medication worked!! And honestly, this was the most important part to me. You will have a surplus of medication in the first couple of months which was very confusing, and customer service could never answer why I had a surplus. I believe it’s because the pharmacy cannot package the solution in smaller bottles, even though you will be prescribed a very small amount in the first 2 months. Use your meds as DIRECTED. The dosing makes sense because the small doses keep you from being sick. I did in fact end up losing 30 pounds in 6 months. I was never sick because I followed the directions. Prescribing - the prescribing was never right. The vial was always different than what the online portal said. The portal is IMPOSSIBLE to understand sometimes. The whole website is confusing. If you’re confused, go by what the doctor prescribed, start a chat with your doctor if needed. Sometimes, the vials are wrong & you will need to have a chat with customer service about it & they might need to send you a whole extra bottle to compensate for that. That’s just my experience, anyways! Shipping - after all the hoopla of “doctor has approved medication” and “doctor has prescribed” and “doctor sent to pharmacy” and “pharmacy received” then “pharmacy worked on medication” and “pharmacy still working on medication” and all the other prompts, once the medication has shipped, my meds always came within 2-4 days in a cooling container. Pretty quick! Price - price is good for how you feel!! It was worth it to me to do the 6 month subscription. Overall, there were a few things that bothered me but the medication did exactly what I wanted it to do and it really works. I have been on mounjaro before and it feels the same to me MINUS the bad parts. It feels like a much healthier way to go about it. Do not get discouraged for the first month and a half, because you won’t see much of a change or feel much… the 2nd and 3rd month will come and you will see the difference!!!! Highly recommend!
