Fantastic customer support, great options, great pricing

I've had a great experience with Eden, especially with their Member Care team. Melanie was incredibly helpful, responsive, and was actually able to complete my request! When I reached out to the Member Care team, I had expected it to take a few days for someone to get back to me, but Melanie got back to me right away. Our subsequent exchanges were incredibly quick too (literally within the hour for some), and her communication was clear and concise. On top of that, they actually approved my request to switch from my historical medication pricing structure to a new subscription that was literally $200/month lower -- all in the first email. When I saw a lower price advertised online, I sent an email asking if I could somehow change to this same lower monthly cost - despite having locked myself into a much higher one earlier in the year. To my surprise, I got a very quick response, and they said yes, all in the first email! I was fully expecting to get a "no", or to have to jump through crazy hoops to make it happen -- but Melanie said yes in the very first response email, and then guided me through the process. The clinicians and the pharmacies they partner with have been super responsive as well - and my medication has always been delivered on time, with no issues. If I had one thing I thought Eden could improve upon, it was their old website/ patient portal -- but they've recently moved to a new platform, and the new site is much more aesthetically intuitive, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing. Overall - would highly recommend trying Eden. There are a lot of different players in this market vying for the same customers, and I couldn't be happier that I chose Eden.

The Positive Comments are True
When the pricing at the company I had been using went up I knew I had to look for a better option. I was "only" looking for maintenance support, but it was not possible with many other companies, or they were more expensive, or had membership fees, or monthly billing, or bad customer service, or found other ways to take advantage of you. Checking out Eden on Trust Pilot made a world of difference. The high ratings for fair pricing, customer service, and support of the doctors was the deciding factor for me, and they were spot on. The people I have dealt with have been great, especially Nick who I spoke to the most, and they should all be commended!
