UPDATE: Today, I received my treatment, this company sell legit FDA approved GLP-1 treatments, they are not a scam but very disorganized, could be stressful to deal with them. ORIGINAL POST: I paid $1399 for a 1 month treatment of GLP-1, unfortunately they not only mixed up my order prescribing me the double of dosis that I should have or paid for, but also I can’t get a reply or a refund from them, the message center is always a bot or an automated reply. Don’t trust TryEden your health or money. I hope my review could be helpful for some of you.

I ordered a 6 month supply of…
I ordered a 6 month supply of Tirzepitide. They prescribed me 45mg over the course of 6 months and only shipped me 30 and their customer service has been absolutely rude and non-responsive. Updated 1/20/2025 I reached out to them... no one reached out to me, and admitted they in fact shorted me after I found someone willing to do simple math. I will remove this review if they follow through and provide the missing vials Update 1/30/2025 Eden finally got it right. It took a fair bit of time. But please don't pay attention to the comment below. NO ONE REACHED OUT TO ME. I DID. The communication was weak. I felt I had to call every couple days to get an update. I was compensated and I did get my missing vials but it was a LOT of work. I will continue to do business with them but they really really need to get their chat support under wraps. I've had two horrible experiences with the online chat.

Make sure you know how much your effective dose is
It would have been easier if I could have spoken to a person on the phone. BUT the response was quick every time. It was my own fault that I miss understood some things. I think of I was actually speaking to some one I would have explained myself better.

I get more info from TikTok
I don’t feel like there’s much guidance. Talk to your dr is what I get. I should have upped my dose but didn’t know what to do. Very cold on the other end there with Eden. I go to TikTok for answers instead. It’s a lot of money out of pocket. Seems about typical for corporate greed.

Now regarding not knowing how to communicate that to your doctor just let them know what you are experiencing and tell them how you think you should have had your dosage upped - give them the reasons why and go from there! I thought it would be easier to get…
I thought it would be easier to get assistance from the Dr. Especially dealing with side effects like nausea. I was only told to let my normal Dr know. I think if they are Drs they should be able to get a prescription for that and send it out. Also, if you are having bad side effects, they still will prescribe the same stuff, and at the higher dose instead of making suggestions to switch. My payment and order went through so fast dispite having extreme nausea as a side effect. I would say just beware.

Regarding prescriptions for side effects, it can depend on the state you're in. Eden's services are not available in Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, North Dakota, and South Carolina. However, if you're not in one of those states, I recommend reaching out through the care portal or emailing [email protected] to request an intake form specifically for nausea.
