Hi Colleen, We sell branded products trademarked by our company. Our products are not from China. And confused as to where you got this information from. Regarding the subscription: you chose to click the subscription option that gave you 20% off our product initially. Had you not subscribed, you would have paid full price. The subscription details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not in tiny print and are very much in bolded print. We also send every subscribed customer a reminder email 3 days prior to their second charge. Since we did not receive a cancellation request before then, the subscription renewed as scheduled. Regarding website access: our website login works through a standard verification code sent to your email. If you did not receive it, it may have gone to your spam or junk folder. We have not had reports of this system not working, and we are happy to help you access your account if you reach out to us directly. We do not under any circumstances take false accusations lightly. Rather than spending an hour on the phone with your credit card company, you could have simply contacted us at [email protected] and we would have canceled and refunded your order without any hassle. Had you not subscribed, you would have paid full price. The subscription details were shown on the product page (“Subscribe & Save 20%”), in your cart (“Deliver every month”), and at checkout (“Delivered every 4 weeks”). These are not in tiny print and are very much in bolded print. If this was something you somehow did not see, blaming it on us is not ideal. Hi Nahely! We do not under any circumstances take false accusations lightly. Your order was placed on September 30th, giving you plenty of time to review the charge on your bank statement. Additionally, you used a discount code from us to receive the lowest price possible. A discount code can only be applied at checkout, not in a shopping cart. Your card details were manually entered during the checkout process, which we cannot acquire if you had only left items in your shopping cart without completing checkout. There is no “automated Shopify/Shop connection” that charges you, which makes no sense. You have now waited until the product is out for delivery to raise your concern, and now that the order is hours away from being delivered, you threaten us with a chargeback. This is an attempt to receive both a refund and a free item. You are a scammer and not the first of your kind. Additionally, you do not have a subscription with us, so there is no automatic direct debit set up without your knowledge. This claim is entirely false. We will not let you bring down our company with false allegations. Hi Jess, TryCure is a registered business operated by Oklama LLC. Many US companies are registered in Wyoming and use a registered agent address for official filings. This is a standard, legal practice and is why that address differs from our warehouse. Our products ship from our fulfillment center in California. Our Riverton, WY address is our registered agent address. Every Wyoming LLC is legally required to have one, and it is used for official filings and legal mail, not as an office or warehouse. Thousands of US businesses list the same type of address. Anyone familiar with how LLCs are registered would know this is standard practice, not a red flag. Our products are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility, and each batch is tested with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) to confirm quality and ingredients which we can provide.
