If I could give this company negative five stars I would. They have delivered none of my crap, They say it's delivered, I haven't gotten a return, And all of the replies are from some robot that's acting like someone called amanda. The company's absolute worthless crap. I made an order 3 months ago

Do not order! They will never deliver and will not reply to you! They will charge your credit card and you will never hear from them again!

They refuse to deliver product. I have orders from June and August that have never been delivered. The company will take payment but only send the “free” item. You will then get a confirmation of delivery. Repeated inquiries are futile.

Ordered back in August. Still waiting on my shipment. Then they scheduled a call to discuss their product because I had several previous orders. Of course they never called in at the time they scheduled. Great product but terrible service.

WORST “customer service” ever. They delivered my shoes to the wrong address in a different city and just send automatic replies saying that it’s been delivered. Wasted a lot of money for NOTHING.

Placed an order on August 9, 2022 for a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Money was taken. Nothing has ever been received and all correspondence has been ignored. Asked for tracing and then a full refund. SCAM Company.

Would have gave 0 stars if I could. Ordered back in August for shipping to UK. Order not received, website 'no longer available' and not responding to emails. SCAM
