I've been waiting for my package for 15 days and haven't even received a shipping confirmation or other shipping information.

Scam company. Please avoid. They steal your money by sending expired items, and when you email them about this, they tell you that there is nothing they can do do for you. It’s disgusting and illegal. $$$ down the drain for expired/rotten products.

I paid for express shipping in 3 days, after 2 weeks I reached out to customer service, & they gave me some canned response about back orders and delays with shipping. No refund offer for express shipping but fine, whatever. Two more weeks, and the order still had made no progress when I checked on the shop app. I reached back out because their refund policy was only for a month after purchase and I hadn’t even gotten the product yet. I checked the reviews online and saw this was a common occurrence and people were calling it a scam. I wrote them again and asked for a refund. They offered to throw in an extra melatonin vape as compensation, I said no thanks and they did refund me. The customer service emails always came swiftly, but I do not trust this business. If nothing else, their lack of transparency regarding shipping delays was poor practice. I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I ordered about 2 months ago and they sent me a tracking number and everything so it looked real but it is now end of February and I order last year December the tracking number still says pending what ever that means. I recommend don’t waste your money here customer service sucks it’s all robot texts they don’t answer questions they just avoid them

Ordered my product from Cloudy, 4 weeks later and still haven’t received it. Cloudy customer service has been avoiding my questions and giving me the go around or not responded to questions. Have neither received my product not my money back. Overall a highly disappointing client experience, would not recommend.

We ordered $106.87 worth of stuff on January 17,2023. We called them back because we could not find a FedEx tracking number. Then we called them back because nothing got delivered. They promised us more freebies that we never received. They apologized for the delay, it is now February. 22,2023 and we still have not received anything. So we made the complaint through my bank to try to get my money back.

I see many users have the same issue as me. Order it over a month ago and still hasn’t arrived, they said it will come end of February and I get no updates from them. Honestly the most terrible customer support ever. If I knew this I would’ve never ordered anything from them!

So, I ordered stuff for $120 somewhere mid January, its mid February now and im still waiting, so I sent their support an e-mail. You only get a weird robot support message back with ''Sorry there is a high demand''. They told me it'll be shipped late February, and today they told me it was mid march... I just dont get it why they have so many discounts and offers, and they can't even keep up their demand... If I could give negative stars I definitely would yeah.. So cloudy a little tip: Get better support and make sure to remove the 1+1 deals until you guys are back on track... This is just TERRIBLE
