Waiting for over 2 months for my order! No idea where it is. Can’t get any help from customer support! Ignoring my emails asking for a refund! Don’t waste your money and time!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a week ago. And I heard that they were a scam so I started calling their number multiple times and never once did I get an answer. So I’ve been emailing a robot for the past 3 days to give me my money back and they won’t like it’ll just say either they’ll give me more free stuff or they’ll refund but when I say that I want a refund nothing is said or done.

****READ BEFORE YOU buy*** I wanted to love this company so badly. Mostly because I do really love the sleep essential oil pen. HOWEVER. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered 1 starter kit, calming balm & 2 melatonins on Jan 11th. I got my melatonin ones and balm back in late feb but not my starter kit. (Which is what I was ordering to begin with) I have been emailing back and forth with Amanda their customer support rep since feb. first I was told I’d have them no later than end of Feb. then I was told not later then march. Then I was told early April. Welpppp it’s almost MAY and I still have not received my starter kit. I asked for some kind of refund of compensation since I spent $50 on a kit I have been waiting on for almost 4 months. She told me I could do the BOGO promo that was going on and they would ship me 2 starter kits instead of 1. I finally followed up AGAIN on april 21 asking for a refund because I was done waiting. 20 min later I got a shipment notification and then was told my order shipped and a refund couldn’t not be issued. It originally said it wound be here April 26th and now it says April 28th but they’re now sending me 2 starter kits to make up for the amount of time it took to ship. Overall, This entire experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. They give you the run around for months. The products of theirs I’ve used aren’t bad but I would never purchase from them again after this. Customer service is decent at responding but waiting 4 months for a product that was suppose to be delivered 4-6 weeks after I purchased is unacceptable. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THEM. unless you’re in no rush, in that case by my guest.

been waiting for like 2 months, and when they said 3-day shipping they meant holding it in their warehouse for 5 months and then shipping it in three days after those 5 months, I ordered from here a bit ago, and not so recently due to the starting 2 months. My first order with them took over 3 months to ship, and when I opened that I tell you it smelt like pickled tuna, I almost threw up the first whiff I got. half the products didn't even work or tasted rotten dingleberries. it smelt so bad I'd rather sit in a dumpster than be 10 feet away from that package. I'm telling you now they have a 1 month refund policy. REFUND IT NOWWW, by far the worst purchase I've ever made in my whole life and that's not even a joke. don't. like I cant get over that smell, it smelt like Thanos took a mighty dumb in my package and sent it away.

It was nice to get a great discount (2 for 1) and a sleeping mask as a gift. Shipment was also OK, I did receive my order. BUT a very big red flag is the expiration date of daily stress gummies "Calmies". I received my order on 1st of April, but the expiration date is March 2023!!!! It is unacceptable. Now I understand why there was such a "great" discount. I really don't recommend buying these.

I have now waited 4 months, and my order has still not shipped! Do not buy you will never receive the package.
