Wanted to give this company a try, didn't read that many reviews (probably should of) not satisfied with my products or the customer service. I emailed letting them know that my package arrived with a big hole in it. Everything still seemed sealed which was fine but wasn't overly impressed. Tried the products they don't do anything for me. Contacted support they originally offered me a partial refund.. Contacted them via email since they stopped replying on chat, gave me a useless reply then told me I could make a label on their returns portion of their site.. Label meaning return label I thought. Not a return label, I have to pay to return and since Im international (Canada) it will cost me 20 dollars or more with tracked shipping to send back vapes they are just going to throw in the garbage. I let them know, the stopped replying to me.

Don’t listen to these people telling you cloudy works it does not please don’t buy this product. It’s a scam !!! They are doing fake reviews to make it look like it works.

Didn't work at all only made me sick. Paid 100 aud for 4 diffusers dont buy. Useless for making you fall asleep only resulted in a headache. Please dont bu this it is absolutely useless. WHAT A SCAM!!

Absolutely shocking service and even worse delivery. Promised free DHL shipping but then sub-contracted shipping to local snail mail postal service. Website gives tracking number but does not provide any information. Competitors like NuVape deliver lightning fast and I guess your vision is still cloudy! Very disappointed! most who order these products require expedited shipping and you should be sympathetic to their needs!

Wasn’t informed at any stage that the products were on back order. Awaited the predicted time for the order to despatch, to find it has not moved. Contacted customer support, and had a copy and paste generic email back - contents of which stated that the products were on “back order”. If I’d have known at the point of order, I would not have proceeded. This feels like a breach of sales honesty. I will never purchase again and I’m already prepping either a PayPal case or chargeback if they do not ship soon. Numerous people on social media experiencing the same

Have been waiting for three months for an order and all complaints get an automated response. Don't buy from them. Empty promises. After two months to deliver they now blame it on DHL for late delivery but DHL knows nothing about the parcel. Very suspect.
