I have to admit I'm pretty disappointed. This is more or less a 'smell' diffuser. I feel that it should be written clearer in the product description how this works and that its not for inhalation instead of hiding way below the product description. Shipping is not as quick as they claim it is. One of the diffuser pens I received, specifically a melatonin one was malfunctioning. Contacted customer service and they are supposed to send out a replacement. In the meantime I opened the other melatonin diffuser to use and IT'S MALFUNCTIONING THE SAME WAY! Not going to bother reaching back to customer service again because the responses seem automated and it takes them forever to respond. Severely disappointed.

Completely terrible customer service! I paid for express shipping and after 2 weeks still haven’t received my package. Everytime I email them I just keep getting an automative response. Extremely frustrated with the lack of support that you receive and never actually talking to a human.

5 days still not shipped Opened 7 support tickets and no reply at all

The shipping takes forever I paid for extra fast and it still ain’t here and it’s irritating me baceuse I spent extra money like cmon

Didn’t realize this at first, but they’re just essential Oils. Horrible customer service, complete scam waste of money and won’t give me a full refund. Just a horrible experience with cloudy. SCAM!!! Oh and the product sucks. I was more annoyed with the service.

Assurdo! Ho ordinato dei diffusori di melatonina il 23 settembre. "spedizione 7 giorni lavorativi" pagata 8 euro. Spedito il 18 ottobre. Arrivato l'8 novembre con 13 euro di spese doganali da pagare Che dovevano pagare loro. Ovviamente ho rifiutato il pacco e visto che l'assistenza è inutile, ho dovuto aprire una controversa paypal. Non comprate da questo sito. Per niente affidabile!

Didn't work at all

I made $60 order almost a month ago and still waiting. Customer support team always says that it’s coming but so far I have received no confirmation and tracking or my package. Make yourself a favor and do not order from them because filed her wedding you’ll start vaping, even harder from the stress.
