I use Cloudy to fall asleep when I'm having trouble settling down for the night. It smells wonderful and is very calming. It really helps me get to sleep.

The flavor is really good and I feel like after using the pens for a few weeks that they really do work. However in saying this if you use melatonin gummies already they might be more effective than the pens.

I've had a great experience with cloudy ,they are very nice and helps alot if you have a bad sleep schedule. There prices are reasonable because they they help out with alot of things and it was really useful.I would definitely buy again and recommend it.they are honest and have great stuff on there website.So if you have a bad sleep schedule please use the melatonin diffuser!
