My order has arrived today and one of the diffusers when we opened the box was melted, extremely hot to the touch and smelled like it was burning. Very lucky this has not set on fire in the house as it was so hot. The light on the end was on without any interaction so these have the potential to be a fire risk so be very careful and make sure you check your orders immediately when they arrive for this fault. Not a great first time experience at all.

I tried to purchase melatonin diffusers from Cloudy this month as I have done for 3 or 4 years. But this time I placed the order before checking my rewards points.I immediately contacted them to change the payment method. “Amanda” from Cloudy customer service said it was too late to use my rewards, but I could process a return once the package arrived, then reorder with my rewards. While waiting, I checked out the return link. It is a SCAM. There’s no way to get a refund or to return items. Cloudy will only offer a bigger and better deal for $$ more and there is no link from there to request a return label. Again I contacted Cloudy and again “Amanda” was cheerfully unhelpful and refused to send a return label or explain why there’s actually no returns. I received no response at all. Long story, please make SURE you want your purchase from Cloudy before making your purchase because there is no way to return items for a refund nor is there 100% customer satisfaction. They do not professionally represent their company nor do they respect their customers. I have found other well reviewed melatonin options because I am not buying anything from Cloudy again. Cloudy lost me as a customer. And I lost my rewards. Ugh.

The worst vape diffuser or whatever they want to call it, it's cheap rubbish, no taste no vape and customer service well forget them they are non existent well as far as assisting that is. A total total total waste of money

I ordered my items a week ago, completed the age verification and all the necessary emails they sent me and sent me an email 2 days later stating that I never confirmed my order and they didn’t start processing 2 days later and stating I should have my package within 48 hours and I haven’t received it and I have tried reaching out by email. No one is answering and I tried calling and the call will not go through. And my tracking number is saying that the carrier does not have my package. This is is a great way to be disappointed

Didn't know I needed age verification. Wasnt shown anywhere. Not anwsering mails and not refunding.

It arrived with nothing inside the box, I paid for three and got one box with nothing inside

Really wanted to test this but seems like they don’t want to because it’s taking ages for my Order to be delivered I’ve been waiting like two months now

Disappointing to find out after purchasing for $70 that i couldn't use this with medications or any medical conditions. Since I have multiple sclerosis this isnt a risk I can take. A waste of money. This should be mentioned during purchase.
