Just like a lot of other folks here, I ordered from Cloudy back in April 2022 and never received the product. Here's where it gets weird.... I told their customer service that the product never arrived and I wanted a refund. Response "no refund as it it outside of the refund period, but we will ship your order" How can you not refund an order that never shipped?!?! I have been demanding my refund with similar responses from Support I Will contact my bank and make the payment go back .. Stay away from this company as they have the trifecta: No Customer Service, No Cooperation, Lots of Bad Reviews from People Who Never Received the Product (Theft) A TOTAL SCAM I still will never purchase from Cloudy again. Lost customer for life.

I told their customer service that the product never arrived and I wanted a refund. Response "no refund as it it outside of the refund period, but we will ship your order" How can you not refund an order that never shipped?!?! I have been demanding my refund with similar responses from Support via email. My most recent response included that I have contacted "John R." via LinkedIn (who shows as their Founder, no picture) for assistance. Will have to see what happens, but I suppose my next step is to go to my Credit Card company for a refund. It's been a while so that may not work either. Stay away from this company as they have the trifecta: No Customer Service, No Cooperation, Lots of Bad Reviews from People Who Never Received the Product (Theft) A TOTAL SCAM Update: Shortly after my last contact where I engaged the Founder, I was offered a full refund. I have since received my refund. I don’t understand why this couldn’t have been handled this way from the get-go. I shouldn’t have to threaten to get upper management or an owner involved for a company to do the right thing. I still will never purchase from Cloudy again. Lost customer for life.

Still waiting

I’ve been waiting for someone to contact me for days. No phone number just a BS contact form. I received a unit that does nothing. Can’t believe my hard earn money is being wasted on this NEW WAVE OF JANKY COMPANIES.

Ordered on the 27 November and I’m still waiting. No shipping updates, rude customer service replies. Got thanked for giving it an ‘honest try’, what is there to try? No tracking number when I was promised one, the customer service person has no idea about any questions I ask about when it’ll arrive. Just all in all, a crappy company.

Not only did it take 2 1/2 months to get to me. When I received my product was super excited to try it out, just to find out I wasted over $100 on products that do not promote what your company is trying to sell. And can say I wish I would have never spent the money on sleeping items that don’t work. I’ve tried the melatonin vape, the calmies and sleep gummies and can sadly say neither of them worked. The only good thing I can say about what I’ve ordered is the sleep mask and fuzzy socks.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered this product & have yet to receive items ordered or even get a shipping update. Absolutely ridiculous.
