NEVER RECIVED MY ORDER EMAILED THEM HEARD FROM THEM TWICE WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM

I placed a order with this company a while ago. At the time they had a kit, that I had purchased but it came delivered with everything except for the 3 diffusers (the only reason I ordered). I emailed customer support and they apologized for the mix up and assured me that they would get my missing items shipped out asap. Fast forward about a week, I still hadn’t heard from them and sent another email. Only then did they inform me that they were out of stock and wouldn’t get more inventory for at least a month. A month passed by and they begin to ignore my emails. Long story short never got my diffusers and the mist and sleep mask were trash!

Worst customer service ever. They took my money, I got no gummies, they charged me again and when I enquired they only kept talking about the new order not the one they charged me $177 AUD for and I never got. I sent my bank fees and everything trying different ways to explain myself and still I got a generic email back that was not related to my enquiry. After 12 emails I lost my temper. Are they actual people and do they understand English?

The gummies are great but the customer service SUCKS! It doesn’t matter if you purchase faster shipping you get it whenever they feel like sending it and if you contact them they treat you like crap not to mention they shorted me a bottle of gummies and did nothing but give me excuses and never sent it! If you can find what you need that you’re getting from this company somewhere else don’t waste your time here!

Placed an order two weeks ago and still waiting for it to be delivered. I have contacted them repeatedly with NO out outcome. Can't track order at all Would NEVER be buying from this company again definitely would NEVER recommended them to anyone either

I've requested to buy cloudy product on 31 October 2021 and I paid 47 usd using my debit card, till today 3 July 2022 I didn't receive the product. When I requested cloudy to refund my money they refuse as the payment passed 6 months.

I'm devastated. I ordered something from trycloudy.com - First order was fine, great communication and friendly service. So why a 1 star review? I placed a big order for $118 and all of a sudden they completely ghosted me. I am on chemotherapy and told that to them, thinking it would carry weight, but sadly it didn't matter to them. They wouldn't reply to me, I emailed them accidentally with a secondary email account, they replied within minutes, I replied to them email, they ghosted me again. I even tried their instant messaging on their site ( cloudy care team ), still nothing. They have ghosted me after 8 emails, a bunch of instant messaging. How they can do this to people who are sick is terrible. If you're reading this, walk away while you can. They'll send out 1 order, then they'll scam you, just like what they are doing to me. My anxiety is off the scale, I will try and get a refund and contact the authorities. DONT BUY FROM HERE. I've warned you. Walk away from trycloudy.
