To soon to tell but gives relief for a bit after using it. Will see if longer results after a month

Cloudix was founded on the belief that comfort and confidence are not accidental — they are engineered. They come from knowing your environment is protected, optimized, and working seamlessly for you. Cloudix began with real conversations with individuals and businesses struggling with instability, inefficiency, and systems that failed when they mattered most. In a world where digital complexity and constant demands can disrupt even the best plans, preparedness is everything. That understanding became the foundation of Cloudix: to proactively design smart, reliable solutions for specific challenges — before problems have the chance to grow.

To soon to tell but gives relief for a bit after using it. Will see if longer results after a month

I ordered the knee brace from their website and after I received it and used it for a few days I received an email from them checking to see what my experience was like. In that email they also mentioned that I need to buy additional adhesive pads because the ones that came with the new brace only lasted about 7 to 10 days. At no time on their website did they mention that it was necessary to purchase new pads every three months at a price of $90. So at the end of one year it would cost you an additional $360 on top of the cost of the brace. This is disingenuous because they don’t tell you about this part replacement requirement until after you purchase the knee brace. I sent them an email and communicated to them that I cannot continue purchasing pads at that cost and asked for a refund based on their 60 day full refund guarantee. They sent me a response email stating that they understood my frustration and apologized for the unawareness of the replacement parts. However, they dismissed a request for a refund. I sent them a second email requesting a refund and they have yet to respond. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from them unless you’re prepared to spend almost $500 over the course of a year to cover the knee brace and replacement pads. Furthermore their customer service is terrible as they send out automated messages continuously asking for their customers to review the experience, but will not respond to any direct request. Even if you’re prepared to spend that type of money for a product with absolutely no guarantee it’s gonna work you’ll get no customer support from them. Not sure if this is a company run out of someone’s house but it’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers so I would not recommend them.

First off, the device seems to actually be working, even though I've only been using it about a week. However, it's rather expensive, and took several weeks to deliver.

Although I have only been using the Cloudix product a little over a week, I am beginning to believe that it is helping my knee.

The moment I put the device on my knee and went for a walk, my pain in my knee subsided greatly.

Took me awhile to get used to the buttons. It thought you set it for "X" minutes and it cycled through those "X" minutes for each button automatically. If you're a newby it doesn't say how long to begin with before you advance to the next level. Did miss reading the booklet?
