This company is someone you would definitely not want to do business with. I purchased thier product initially thinking it would help ease my knee pain. After receiving it five days later, I received an email from them informing me that I have to purchase another three month supply of replacement pads at $90 otherwise the device is ineffective. That was never disclosed during the purchasing and they have absolutely refused to honor their risk free refund. After months of dispute with them, they tell me to send it to some address in China and I’ll have to inspect the device before they can issue a refund. The cost of the shipping to China is an added expense. That’s not recoverable. This company is deceitful in their marketing practice by not disclosing the need for a continual replacement pad purchase. They also will not honor their risk free refund policy. You be better serve defined a product with another company because if you’re dissatisfied or wanna refund, you’ll never get it and they refuse to communicate with you in a timely manner.

This company is a scam! They do not disclose you must order their knee pads monthly at $80+ until after you order the knee brace. If you try to cancel the knee brace order, they report shipping has already been processed. When you try to return the brace. They do not provide the return address and report you must use the brace for 90 days on compliance with their refund policy. They do not refund your purchase price!!

The good reviews are written by cloudix employees. DON'T BUY It's a scam. I've waited months for a replacement button or refund which neither have occurred. NO customer service with NO ONE attempting to correct the horrible situation. DONT' BUY

I ordered the knee brace from their website and after I received it and used it for a few days I received an email from them checking to see what my experience was like. In that email they also mentioned that I need to buy additional adhesive pads because the ones that came with the new brace only lasted about 7 to 10 days. At no time on their website did they mention that it was necessary to purchase new pads every three months at a price of $90. So at the end of one year it would cost you an additional $360 on top of the cost of the brace. This is disingenuous because they don’t tell you about this part replacement requirement until after you purchase the knee brace. I sent them an email and communicated to them that I cannot continue purchasing pads at that cost and asked for a refund based on their 60 day full refund guarantee. They sent me a response email stating that they understood my frustration and apologized for the unawareness of the replacement parts. However, they dismissed a request for a refund. I sent them a second email requesting a refund and they have yet to respond. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from them unless you’re prepared to spend almost $500 over the course of a year to cover the knee brace and replacement pads. Furthermore their customer service is terrible as they send out automated messages continuously asking for their customers to review the experience, but will not respond to any direct request. Even if you’re prepared to spend that type of money for a product with absolutely no guarantee it’s gonna work you’ll get no customer support from them. Not sure if this is a company run out of someone’s house but it’s obvious that they don’t care about their customers so I would not recommend them.

If this is NOT a scam, please contact me. The brace doesn’t work!! I bought the brace and extra pads. I waited 3 weeks for the delivery. Now to find a company contact is not possible. “ if not satisfied your money will be refunded guaranteed. My money back please. Will be glad to send it back.

Buyer Beware!!! This company does not want to authorize returns!! DO NOT BUY these Knee Braces! They do not work and I called immediately after opening to start a return and they’ve been giving me the run around for weeks. Still NO Resolution! They don’t care about customer service. Please do not buy from them they are a total scam!
