It took over a month to receive my order and I felt trapped....
It took over a month to receive my order, and because I had no opportunity to try the product before the next subscription shipment was scheduled, I was forced to extend my ship date. I wanted to cancel my subscription entirely, but customer support informed me that I was required to place two orders before cancellation was allowed. I was also told that my shipment had already gone out, which later proved to be untrue. The shipping information did not update until four days later, at which point it showed the order had only just left the warehouse. This experience made me feel misled and scammed—and honestly, I still do. I eventually received only part of my order, while the remaining items are still in transit. Given the dishonesty and what feels like an attempt to trap customers into making additional purchases, I do not feel comfortable ordering from this company again.

It's been 2 months since I submitted my…
It's been 2 months since I submitted my order, spent over $100 dollars. I've tried to contract the company multiple times with no response and have never received my order. Probably best not to try your luck with this company.

Very Scammy vibe, contacting my bank
I placed an order November 30th. Today is December 14th and I have zero tracking updates. Customer service gives me absolutely no active support and it looks like it’s set up as an auto renewal. I didn’t agree to an auto subscription when I ordered. The tracking number given doesn’t exist in the US according to Google. I’ve asked reps to cancel whatever subscription they’ve set me up on and I get no response AT ALL looks like a solid scam to me. Calling my bank in the morning.
