Bloomin Shilajit is an amazing product!
Bloomin Shilajit is an amazing product! The shipping was fast and I could track it daily with the link that was sent right away. The product really delivers! The taste is great and I noticed a spike in my mood and energy immediately. I like to mix it in my tea and the strawberry flavor of the honey enhances both sweetness and flavor. Big thumbs up 👍.

I also had a small question and customer service replied fast and was actually helpful, which I really appreciated. No copy-paste answers, just clear and friendly support. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend Bloomin.

Their support is great!
The shipment took a bit longer, but their support reaching out and checking up if it arrived made it more than worth it, so shout out to them! The package was very nice, they taste amazing, and I can definitely tell they are working. Great stuff.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I made a one off purchase and they saved my card details so they could keep charging me every month. Multiple emails sent with no response. This is a scam, please stay away!
Response from TrybloominJan 22, 2026
Hi Georgia, I’m really sorry to read this and I completely understand why you’re upset. If I were in your position, I’d feel exactly the same. This experience is not okay, and I’m sorry that we failed to respond in a timely way. To make sure we’re aligned: you believed you made a one-time purchase, later saw recurring charges, reached out multiple times without getting a response, and that led you to feel misled and distrustful of our intentions. I want to be very clear that this was never our intention, but I fully acknowledge that the lack of communication on our side made this situation much worse. I will personally take care of this for you. Please email me directly at [email protected] using the email address linked to your order. I will personally review your account, make sure everything is stopped immediately, and look into the charges so we can resolve this fairly. I sincerely apologize for how this was handled. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I appreciate you bringing this to my attention so I can fix it properly. Kind regards, Emma

Customer service was great
I had to contact Bloomin’s customer service with a question about my order and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. I got a reply quickly and the person helping me was friendly, patient, and actually took the time to look into my situation. There was no back-and-forth or generic replies. They explained everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciated. It felt like talking to a real person who genuinely wanted to help. Customer service like this makes a big difference. It gave me a lot of confidence in the brand and I’d definitely order again knowing support is this reliable.

I have contacted customer support…
I have contacted customer support multiple times and everytime i have had no help at all trying to cancel my subscription they just keep sending me a login code that does nothing, nowhere on their website Is there a cancel subscription button, stay away from this company
Response from TrybloominJan 22, 2026
Hi Dylan, I’m really sorry you had to go through this. I completely understand how frustrating it is to repeatedly ask for help and feel like you’re going in circles, especially when you’re actively trying to cancel and nothing works. That’s not acceptable, and I’m sorry this has been your experience. To make sure I fully understand: you contacted customer support multiple times to cancel your subscription, but instead of getting proper assistance, you kept receiving login codes that didn’t help you cancel. You also couldn’t find a clear cancellation option on the website, which left you feeling stuck and ignored. If that’s correct, then I understand exactly where things went wrong. I want to be very clear that I will personally handle this for you. Please email me directly at [email protected] using the email address connected to your order. I will personally review your account, make sure the subscription is fully canceled, and look into what went wrong so this can be resolved properly. I sincerely apologize for the lack of support you experienced. This is not how Bloomin should operate, and I will make sure this is taken care of for you. Kind regards, Emma

I can’t cancel on there sit they keep…
I can’t cancel on there sit they keep taking money out my bank I been emailing them since October now we are in January I had to go through my bank as it’s fraud still away
Response from TrybloominJan 22, 2026
Hi Shelleysu, I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating and stressful this experience has been for you. I completely understand how upsetting it is when charges continue and you feel unheard for such a long period of time. That’s not acceptable. Just to make sure I fully understand your situation: you tried to cancel your subscription through the website, were unable to do so, reached out multiple times since October without a proper resolution, and in the meantime charges continued. Because of this, you felt forced to contact your bank and report the charges as fraud. If that’s correct, then we are absolutely on the same page. I want to be very clear that I will personally take care of this for you. Please email me directly at [email protected] using the email address connected to your order and include any relevant details. I will personally review your case, make sure the subscription is fully canceled, and look into the charges so we can resolve this fairly. I truly apologize for how this was handled up until now. This is not how we want customers to experience Bloomin, and I will make sure this is properly fixed for you. Kind regards, Emma
