Trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now, impossible to do so by following the instructions they give, its impossible! Ive emailed 8 times and just keep getting a generic email back from Honey/Joy (who clearly arent real or if they are their lack of customer service is APPALLING!) as they are totally ignoring my request and not helping at all, this clearly is a company after ripping people off and not letting them cancel (by making it impossible to do so!). I have contacted my bank and future monies will be declined /refunded as ive proof ive tried to cancel many times! Its disgusting how this company is clearly trying to get people's money. 😡😡😡

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This company will scam you. You will pay for the item and never receive it. Then you will have to email them several times. They will keep sending you a reply asking for your order number and details. Then they will tell you it's held up in customs for 2 months. Then they offer you a 20% refund.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not buy! I bought more than two weeks ago and I still have not received. I have been emailing with them back and forth about 10 times now and they refuse to cancel my subscription, just keep offering me discounts. There is no number to call and no way to cancel subscription on website even though that’s what they tell you to do in the emails. Terrible company. Do not get trapped. Update: Finally got the product, seems like it’s ok, not quite sure. Giving it a try but I still want to cancel my subscription and cannot. I think the only way is to call my bank.

I have been emailing this company, first they said they are in USA, but my shipment came from China. I have been trying to cancel my subscription and nothing they are just offering 30% discount for my next order. I have been telling them to cancel my subscription or I will contact my bank and now they just said, do it in the web page, but there is nothing. I can not cancel my subscription. Next step is contact my bank to put a stop payment.

Terrible customer service! I ordered on October 5th and still have not received my order, today is November 7th. I have tried cancelling my subscription for a week now. There is no way on their website or through your profile to cancel. You have to email back and forth and I have 9 emails corresponding to me trying to cancel. They claim to be an American company based out of Austin Texas, yet the tracking number they provided me with is coming from China. They denied this via email. I still have not been able to cancel. As a small business owner who owns a small 24/7 gym, we deal with cancellations regularly, and they really want your money more than providing a good product. I cannot even tell you about or review the product because I have not received mine.

If I could give this company negative stats, I would. It's been more than a month since I ordered. The product supposedly came from IL, but got sent to Hong Kong and is now stuck in customs. I've been back and forth repeatedly through email with no appropriate responses from them. Then I get an email saying my next subscription order is going to process. I send an email telling them to cancel. I get one back asking for information, and then and couple days later, they processed the damn order!! I've sent an email response, but am not holding my breath for a timely, or appropriate response. Obviously, my 1 star is my response to the company, not the product itself because I still don't have it.

*** Update- The company has reached out and is promising to rectify the situation if I remove this review. I have explained I will remove my post or provide a better review once I see the subscription is cancelled and not charged next month. The person who has been In communication has stated they waived the 20% early cancellation. *** Original review - The product is good, BUT Customer service is terrible. I forgot to take a screen shot of my order (back in September) so no order number. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from them. Now trying to cancel the subscription and can’t because I don’t have an order number. I can’t find a telephone number to speak to a live person. When attempting an email I keep getting an auto-response to tell them my full name, email address and order number. But I don’t have an order number since I never received the Original email NOR the bill confirmation from the “subscription” that just charged my credit card last night. I don’t know what else to do.

Dont do it! Its a whole scam! I signed up with a promo code and ordered 2. Once I found out it was being shipped from China, and some shady things with their customer service I told them to just cancel my subscription. I was told I had to do at least 2 shipments before I could cancel OR pay the difference from the discount BEFORE they would cancel my subscription. YET they have a 30 day no questions asked guarantee. It just doesnt make sense. I ordered at the beginning of October and I still havent received my order.
